Thank you for shopping with RareU. We always aim to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


๐Ÿ“Œ No Return Policy

At RareU, we follow a No Return Policy.
Once an order is delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned, regardless of size, color preference, or change of mind.


๐Ÿ“Œ Exchange / Replacement

We provide exchange or replacement only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing items in the package

  • Wrong size delivered (different from what customer ordered)

To request an exchange or replacement, please share:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (without pause or cut)

  • Clear product images

๐Ÿ“Œ Refund Policy

We do not provide monetary refunds to bank accounts, UPI, credit card, or debit card.

If a refund is approved in special cases (e.g., product unavailable, double payment, exchange unavailable), the refund amount will be credited to the customerโ€™s RareU Wallet.

๐ŸŸฃ Wallet credit can be used for future purchases on RareU.
๐ŸŸฃ Wallet credit is non-transferable & non-refundable to bank accounts.


๐Ÿ“Œ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If cancellation is approved, the refund (if any) will be credited only to the customerโ€™s RareU Wallet.


๐Ÿ“Œ Important Notes

  • Items bought during sale / offer / clearance / coupon discounts are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or refund.

  • Hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, intimate wear, earrings etc.) are strictly non-returnable.

  • RareU reserves the right to accept or reject requests based on internal quality checks.
