๐ No Return Policy
At RareU, we follow a No Return Policy.
Once an order is delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned, regardless of size, color preference, or change of mind.
๐ Exchange / Replacement
We provide exchange or replacement only in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Damaged product received

Missing items in the package

Wrong size delivered (different from what customer ordered)

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
๐ Refund Policy
We do not provide monetary refunds to bank accounts, UPI, credit card, or debit card.
If a refund is approved in special cases (e.g., product unavailable, double payment, exchange unavailable), the refund amount will be credited to the customerโs RareU Wallet.
๐ฃ Wallet credit can be used for future purchases on RareU.
๐ฃ Wallet credit is non-transferable & non-refundable to bank accounts.
๐ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
If cancellation is approved, the refund (if any) will be credited only to the customerโs RareU Wallet.
๐ Important Notes

Items bought during sale / offer / clearance / coupon discounts are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or refund.

Hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, intimate wear, earrings etc.) are strictly non-returnable.
