📌 Order Confirmation & Delivery

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, political issues, or logistics failure are beyond our control.

📌 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if any) will be credited only to the customer's RareU Wallet, not to bank accounts.

📌 Return & Refund Policy

  • RareU follows a No Return Policy.

  • Exchange is offered only for damaged, defective, wrong product, or wrong size delivered.

  • Refunds (only if eligible) are credited exclusively to the RareU Wallet, not to bank accounts.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to our Return & Refund Policy.
